Anyone who wants to explore improved immune wellness. There is no special meal plan to follow, however there will be information on anti-inflammatory diets and strategies for howto build your ideal eating plan. This is a group program with soulful support and introspection. Plan to spend at least 1 hour/week on the live online group session. It’s nice when you can do it with a friendand support each other along the journey; but also maintain great habits for always.
WHY SHOULD I DO IT?
For optimal health especially during a pandemic, detox programs are not ideal; however UNDERSTANDING what options and strategies are best for you to improve your immune system means you are being defended by the best possible means. While we can’t predict if it will protect you from COVID19, we can say the better your immune system performs, the better your odds on fighting it. Some evidence suggests that the stronger your immune system, the less symptoms you may see. These are BIG reasons to explore strengthening your immune system

WHO IS IT FOR?
Anyone who wants to explore a gentle journey of mindfulness on their body, mind, and spirit! There is no special meal plan to follow, however there will be information on things to buy and eat along the way. This is a group program with soulful support and introspection. If this is your first clean living challenge, plan to spend at least 1 hour/day on the day’s tasks for the duration of the program. This program is designed to awaken and nourish the soul within you. Do it solo or with a friend!
WHY SHOULD I DO IT?
For optimal health especially during a pandemic, detox programs are not ideal; however a clean living mindful journey can reap similar benefits of detoxification but in a safer format. We recommend 2-4 clean living programs each year. These programs offer you mindfulness in life, a grounding effect for your soul, and a calming effect for your nervous system. It nourishes you from the inside-out, making you feel AMAZING without protein powders, vitamins, and strict meal plans! It may also reward you with a boosted immune system, metabolic process, less anxiety, less fear, and a new & improved outlook on life.
“The best way to prepare for it is to mentally commit to 21 days of changed habits. Be open to where it takes you introspectively.
