Background: I was born in France and moved to Jordan in my formative years. My Canadian university days led to a career in Dubai. My successful corporate life took a toll on my health; with stress and a lack of time to balance other areas of life. After a diagnosis with an autoimmune disease, I began a healing journey by balancing all areas of life: body, mind, and spirit. I began changing the way I nourished myself, and dabbled in alternative therapies I had seen around the world. Soon I was seeing a major transformation, and then remission! My second act is full of purpose to guide you on your own path. This is what my education and life have prepared me to do, and I’m super excited to join you on a successful path to health, wellness, and renewed happiness.
