Fortify began as a group of health & wellness professionals that wanted to unite to manage larger projects. The leadership team consists of nutritionists, a naturopathic doctor, and movement professionals, and several of them are health coaches too! Having the diverse backgrounds lends strength and flexibility to the team. Together we take on corporate projects and make a difference to many more clients and groups of clients.
